We are looking to recruit an Assistant Autocentre Manager on apermanentbasis this is an excellent opportunity for anexperiencedteam leader or existing Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge. Great team environment and supportivemanagement.

Working Hours are asfollows :

Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00 & Saturday 08.30 to 17.00, with a day off in the week.

Sunday is a trading day hours - 10.00am - 16.00pm. Expectation of working 2 per month on rota with an additional supplementary payment on top of annual salary.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To adhere to the Companys Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
  • Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
  • To comply with reasonable instruction from Managers, Head Office or the Board of Directors
  • To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
  • Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre in Managers abscense.
  • Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
  • Support and direct junior members of the team.
  • Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
  • To be available for work at the times specified by the Company
