Finance Manager - Shipley - Up to £45,000

You'll be joining a small finance team reporting into an FD and this role has a clear progression path to FC and onwards as the business grows. One a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for managing and developing one team member as well as producing the full end to end management accounts for the business. There are lots of opportunities for getting under the numbers and adding value with various analysis, reports and business partnering that they haven't had time to get stuck in to due to being in the 3rd consecutive year of continual growth.

The company have a culture of continuous improvement and are always looking at systems and processes, so you'll be able to come in and make changes where you see fit. You'll be involved in dealing with auditors and other external stakeholders, with support from FD, so giving you some really great experience and exposure. The FD has described this role to me as "A great opportunity for someone to put their own stamp and mark on the business and have the freedom to run the finance department in their own vision"
