Job Opportunity: FP&A ManagerOur client, a rapidly growing PE-backed business in the Insurance sector, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager. This role involves financial planning and analysis for their commercial/corporate division. The business has a turnover of £75m, over 500 employees, and is growing at 20% per annum.Key Responsibilities:
- Align strategy and performance management
- Provide high-quality budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Anaplan implementation
- Business partnering across the commercial division
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- 3+ FP&A experience
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner
- Background in financial services, insurance or other service sector businesses is desirable
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential and experience with Anaplan is highly desirable.
