Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Issues credit notes and statement requests and forward these to relevant team member
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with invoices queries
- Sending overdue letters out
- Notifying the Credit Manager of business who have gone into liquidation
- Managing the credit control inbox
- Post and Upload invoices for clients
- Speaking with clients over the phone and email to collect outstanding monies owed to the business
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Local to the area
- Microsoft proficient
Job Offer
Salary up to £24000 per annum + 20 days annual leave (banks on top) + Pension + 5 days on site + Flexi time offered + annual bonus.
