Temporary HR Advisor- Absence Management - £15-£18 per hour!

Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Bradford- BD17- Free on-site parking

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30-5:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 2-3 months - Potential to go permanent for the right candidate

Pay Rate: £15.00- £18.00 per hour - depending on experience

Office Angels are proudly supporting a manufacturing business based in Shipley who are looking for a HR Advisor to come and support their friendly HR team. You will be predominantly dealing with absence management and will be required to attend disciplinary and grievance meetings.

Main duties:

  • Manage the absence control procedure
  • Absence administration ensuring a consistent approach across all employees.
  • Monitors and record employee's sickness absence in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to line managers in relation to discipline and grievance issues as appropriate
  • Provide guidance on maternity/paternity leave and flexible working requests.
  • Undertake general HR administration such as maintenance of personnel files and standard HR letters and correspondence.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience with HR administration
  • Be comfortable to deal with disciplinary/ Grievance meetings
  • Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy
  • Highly organised
  • IT Literate- Outlook, CRM Systems
