This is a fully office-based role.
Working within the operations team you will be responsible for-
- Liaising with customers and clients via phone and email.
- Inputting bookings onto the system.
- Providing quotes.
- Updating spreadsheets with relevant data.
- Liasing with external contacts regarding lead times.
- Preparing documentation.
- Arranging and booking deliveries.
The ideal candidate-
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Confident user of all Microsoft packages.
