Production Scheduling CoordinatorLocation: ShipleySalary: £30,000 - £33,000

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading manufacturing business in Shipley to recruit a Production Scheduling Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a dynamic team, ensuring smooth production processes and on-time delivery of customer orders.

The RoleAs a Production Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks across multiple departments, using the MRP system outputs to meet project timelines. You will work closely with Sales, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other key areas to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of orders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Sales to provide lead time estimates during the quote phase.
  • Ensuring accurate data setup and maintaining production schedules.
  • Coordinating with Engineering on Make/Buy decisions.
  • Producing schedules for Bar Stores and Casting Stores.
  • Liaising with Finance to perform standard cost build-ups for Make parts.

Skills and Experience RequiredWe are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in MRP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in scheduling, supply chain, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of bills of materials, routings, purchase orders, and sales orders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
