CRM Executive PermanentFull Time role, based on siteSalary up to £40k pro rotaBased close to BradfordMedlock Partners are partnering with a well established online retailer, who are  looking for a CRM Executive, to support with the planning and executions of email campaigns. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a fast paced E-commerce business and will have the ability to support ongoing multiple projects.Key responsibilities of the CRM Executive:
  • Planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns across various customer segments
  • Support the optimisation of email automation workflows
  • Analysing customer data using CDP tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on key email marketing metrics
  • Assist in the maintenance of customer segments / lists, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Assist in the segmentation of customer lists for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Optimising the use of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Implementation of customer loyalty programs and retention strategies                                                
Key requirements for the CRM Executive:
  • Previous experience in CRM or email marketing roles, Ideally E-commerce.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, DotDigital, Mailchimp, Exponea)
  • Strong A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels within the companies.
  • A solid understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
