THE CANDIDATE & ROLE:

Our ideal candidate will be an energetic and highly motivated individual with a strong desire to develop their sales career. They will play an integral role within an existing team, identifying new business opportunities and setting appointments for the Business Development Managers. In return you will be rewarded with KPI based bonuses, and professional development opportunities/training as well as a clear route for progression.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outbound Prospecting: calling, email, and social media activity to potential clients, introducing them to the business and the products/services portfolio.
  • Inbound Lead Generation: promptly respond to inbound leads, qualify, and provide relevant information that address customer needs and meet their requirements.
  • Appointment Setting: schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition/handover.
  • Reporting: prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline, account metrics, to present to internal stakeholders and line-managers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Previous experience within EdTech, Learning & Development, SaaS, Technology Managed Service, or similar industry is desired.
  • Confident, Resilient, and Motivated to develop a career in Sales is essential!
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Naturally resilient and a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to new strategies, tools, and market changes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/with minimal supervision after a thorough onboarding.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and internal CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)
  • UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
