Sonic Summary

The position is for a Band 5 Community Nurse located in Bradford, starting as soon as possible.
This full-time role requires 37.5 hours per week and is contracted for 3-6 months with a negotiable salary.
Candidates must have previous experience working in the community and ideally knowledge of SystemOne.
The nurse will be part of the community nursing team focusing on unplanned care, delivering high-quality healthcare to patients at home.
Experience in Palliative Care, Wound Care, and Insulin Administration is also required.

Previous experience of working in the community Required. Previous knowledge of working with SystemOne would be ideal.

To work as part of the community nursing team in unplanned care ensuring high quality health care is delivered to patients in their own home. The post holder will be responsible for their own workload and work in collaboration with the wider Community Partnerships and Primary Care Networks.
