Job Description:
This provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager/Administrator with a background in children's home operations to join our team in Bradford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and supporting the management team in delivering high-quality care to the children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Oversee office organization and maintain a tidy, efficient work environment.
- Support the children's home management team with administrative tasks and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.
- Handle inquiries and communications professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in budget management, procurement of supplies, and resource allocation.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager/Administrator in a children's home or similar setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of children's home regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Education:
- A relevant qualification in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within a children's home environment but not essential.
