HPCareers is assisting a client in finding an experienced Finance Assistant to join their Finance department.
The role involves managing the Sales Day book, handling debtors, and overseeing sales and purchase ledger responsibilities.
Candidates should have a finance background and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage.
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, along with electronic filing and balance sheet reconciliations, are key tasks for this position.
The job requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

HPCareers are currently assisting our client who now has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant.

We are looking for somebody to join the Finance department in an administration capacity to support with the following tasks;

Manage Sales Day book, Debtors
Sales ledger & Purchase ledger responsibilities
Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting
Electronic Filing
Some simple Balance Sheet reconciliations
Inputting Journals
General Admin duties
