We are seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join one of our secondary schools in Leeds on a part-time basis. This role will be for KS3, but will include some Year 10 classes.

• Relevant teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4..
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons covering physical geography, human geography, and environmental issues.
• Develop creative and interactive lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
• Foster a disciplined yet inclusive environment, ensuring active participation and a positive learning experience.
• Regularly evaluate progress through assessments, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure cohesive curriculum delivery and support for student's individual needs.
