About the Job:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our clients dynamic and experienced team in Shipley. In this role, you will be pivotal in coordinating with planning, production, and suppliers to guarantee the timely delivery of materials and components. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly data reports on supplier delivery performance, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and enhancing operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the purchase of metals, components, and materials essential to our operations.
  • Report Management: Generate and manage purchasing reports to maintain transparency and efficiency.
  • Supplier Liaison: Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Invoice Queries: Address and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly and effectively.

About You:
