Omega is seeking a Product Manager to join an innovative company leading the way in semiconductor metrology technology. This role is ideal for an experienced Product Management professional with a strong technical background who can define product roadmaps, engage with customers, and drive market success. You will play a critical role in shaping next-generation measurement solutions that enable cutting-edge technologies such as AI, 5G, and advanced computing.

Key Responsibilities – Product Manager

  • Act as the primary technical customer contact, managing product commitments and expectations.
  • Lead the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer requirements.
  • Define and manage Market Requirements for all development projects.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive positioning to drive strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the Product Life Cycle from introduction to end-of-life.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, service, and sales teams to execute product plans.
  • Manage and respond to customer acceptance requirements and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience – Product Manager

  • Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Proven experience in product management within semiconductor metrology, atomic force microscopy, or scientific instrumentation.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working across the full product lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in competitive analysis, segmentation strategies, and product positioning.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
