Join our team as a Performance Coach at an education establishment, located in the picturesque Cotswolds. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting and motivating learners through their apprenticeship programme to ensure their success and timely completion of all components.

Day-to-day of the role of an Apprenticeships Coach:

  • Programme Support:Conduct initial assessments, agree on learning routes, support and coach learners, perform progress reviews, provide feedback, and prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Performance Monitoring:Facilitate student support, review attendance and results, utilise risk tracking, support retention and achievement targets, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Documentation & Administration:Document progress, support programme administration, and ensure timely completion of all required paperwork.
  • Other Responsibilities:Ensure safeguarding measures are in place, implement new processes, engage in professional development, develop support materials, and promote health and safety within the learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications required for the Apprenticeships Skills Coach role :

  • Experience in coaching, assessing, providing services to clients, and working with deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Essential skills include prioritisation, workload management, organisational skills, excellent communication, and relationship building.
  • Desirable skills include a professional coaching qualification, understanding of accountancy qualifications, and knowledge of apprenticeships
  • A DBS check is required for this position.
