You will be the first point of contact to visitors to our Stratford Upon Avon Branch. From making refreshments, to checking in deliveries, collecting customers from the train station, helping hire/service and parts department in many different tasks. This is a varied role suitable for someone who is willing to work hard, learn quickly, muck in and be confident dealing with members of the public over the telephone and face to face.
No two days are the same and its a very busy, dynamic environment. Its also fun and a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to learn all aspects of a fast-expanding Motorhomes service, sales and hire business.
Tasks will include (but not limited to):
- Meeting & Greeting Customers.
- Checking service and hire vehicles in and out of site
- Making bookings for service & hire.
- Using telephone email and computerised dealer management and accounting systems.
- Helping to prepare vehicles ready for hire, including cleaning.
- Packing and dispatching parcels daily.
- Checking in deliveries.
- Entering stock onto system.
Skills Required
- Full clean driving licence
- Computer literate An at interview competency test will be given
- Excellent communication skills
- A can do approach and flexible attitude
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability are a must
- Willing to learn
