Your new companyHays are working on a job with a small school in Bidford Upon Avon who are looking for an Early Years Specialist Teaching Assistant to work within their school on a long-term basis. This job is 5 days a week between 8:45 to 3:15pm, with an hour lunch break, Monday to Friday. The school is looking for someone to start immediately, but will also consider a January start.The rate of pay is between £80-£100 based on experience, but this rate is negotiable.Your new roleYour new job will be working within a classroom environment supporting the teacher in an early years class. You will be required to assist with intervention work, particularly focusing on the early year's curriculum, tailoring interventions to their specific needs. This may include phonics and maths interventions. You will be contributing to maintaining an outstanding learning environment and providing targeted support to early years students.
