We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of SEN students.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Support students in developing social skills and managing behaviour

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in the education sector within the UK.
  • Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of students with SEN.
