The Company

Exciting opportunity to work with a fun and enthusiastic business who are making waves within the food industry. You will join a close knit team of 6 people who take a hands on and supportive approach to ensure smooth running of the business.

Full 1 to 1 training on site, this role is due to progression so the current person will be available to assist.

What will you do as an Administrator

  • Resolve delivery issues incl. damaged or missing product, late or delayed deliveries
  • Tracking stock in and out ensuring plentiful levels, taking orders from large clients
  • Order sales orders
  • Processing returns and damages
  • Manage customer database, pricing and invoices
  • Inventory management, assessing stock levels and escalating stock changes
  • Authorised manufacturer invoices
  • Check stock holding
  • Placing orders with manufacturers ensuring delivery meets client deadlines

What do you need as an Administrator

  • Strong excel knowledge
  • Live no more than 40 minutes from Shipston & must have own transport
  • Personable with strong verbal & written communication
  • Understanding of inventory management
