Job Title: Labourer
Location: Shipston-on-Stour
Rate: £15 p/h
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to join our team at our Shipston-on-Stour location. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent physical stamina, and a desire to contribute to exciting construction projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople and construction workers on-site.
- Carrying out general labouring duties, including site preparation, cleaning, and organising materials.
- Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment.
- Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Assisting with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding.
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a labouring or construction role
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid and reliable transportation to the Shipston-on-Stour location.
- Valid DBS Check
- 2x References
