Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage porterage and stores service, including parcel and goods delivery.
  • Oversee utility meter readings, safety checks, and maintenance of heating oil levels.
  • Respond to daily maintenance requests and perform general upkeep tasks.
  • Assist with conference and meeting room setups and furniture arrangements.
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and manage waste disposal processes.
