Reed Business School is looking for a Head Housekeeper to join their friendly team in the heart of the Cotswolds on a part time basis.

27 - 32 hours per week.

Reed Business School is an established tuition provider with a long history of delivering excellent results, based on over 50 years in the business. Working as part of a team the Housekeeper role provides support to the main property and on site accommodation within a lovely working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a small team of housekeepers and manage the cleaning rota.
  • Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Keep an eye on housekeeping materials and raise requests when replacements are needed.
  • Servicing bedrooms to a high standard which includes hoovering, changing and making beds, dusting and emptying bins.
  • Cleaning bathrooms within bedrooms.
  • Servicing study and lecture rooms as well as communal areas.
  • Other general housekeeping duties.
