35,000 - 40,000 + Days Based Role + Overtime + Laptop + Company Vehicle + Product Training

Are you an Engineering Manager or experienced Engineer with hydraulic experience searching for a new role within a reputable company offering you the chance to develop your leadership skills and transition into a senior role?

On offer is the chance to take charge of a highly skilled engineering team within a company that are known for taking care of their employees as well as upskilling them through training so you can be recognised as a technical expert in your field.

This company have been established for over 60 years and are still continuing to grow their client base. They are now looking to Service Manager to oversee their growing team of Service Engineers due to their client base consistently increasing.

The day-to-day responsibilities in this role will involve manging the service team providing technical support over the phone, communicating with clients, running the spare parts and assisting Field Service Engineers when needed.

The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced Service/Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a leadership role or an Engineering Manager looking for their next challenge.

The Role:

  • Service Manager
  • 80% office based
  • Overseeing the service team
  • Showing end users how to operate the machinery
  • Assisting the Field Service Team when needed
  • Communicating with clients
  • Providing technical support over the phone.


The Person:

  • Hydraulic experience
  • Willing to travel sometimes
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Confident using a computer
  • Full driver's license
