Riverside Bar & Restaurant is an outstanding, iconic, architectural structure overlooking the River Avon, situated just a mile from Stratford-upon-Avon's Town Centre.
Not only do we provide food and beverages, we also have venue space to suit any event. This can range from Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions, to Private Family Parties, Wedding, Parties and Corporate Conferences.
Key Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities
- Serving customers.
- Taking orders and making recommendations for guests.
- Prompt service and accurate use of Epos & PDQ machines.
- Maintaining standards of cleanliness and food/ drinks safety.
- Setting up and servicing events.
- Welcoming guests & residents in a friendly and polite manner.
- Working in a multi-functional venue; in the bar, restaurant or delivering excellent service in a conference or event.
Job Knowledge, Education & Qualifications
- At least one years experience within the hospitality industry required.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations desirable, but not essential
- GCSE or equivalent preferred.
