This is a full time permanent position with a salary of 40,000 per annum based on a 40 hour week Monday to Friday, weekends off.
The nature of the site is offices requiring management of the staff restaurant for breakfast and lunch service. Managing a team of 3 you will be responsible for the day to day running, menus for hospitality and retail, working in conjuction with other sites under the company umbrella to ensure a consistency in delivering high standards. You weill also need to be a strong communicator as you will be expected to develop strong client relationships and deliver regular performance reports. You must also be fully experienced and have full knowledge of all required health and saftey practices relating to food production and kitchen management.
