Clinical Lead

Solihull, B90 / £48,230 per annum / Days

Wk 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Wk 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their team at a lovely nursing facility based in Solihull. This home is part of a wider group with over 60 care homes in total! The home is medium-sized with 60 beds and offers care for adults and older people with nursing, residential and respite care needs alongside specialist care for people with dementia. You will over-see a team of well-trained nursing, care, and support staff and be joining an experienced management team.

Duties for the Clinical Lead will include:

- Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.

- Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.

- Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.

- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.

Requirements for the Clinical Lead include:

- A valid NMC Pin

- Experience working as a Clinical Lead/Nurse Manager/Deputy Home Manager

- Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
