Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
- Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
- Manage the 34-apartment service and oversee the support of the tenants
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, tenants and external stakeholders
- Oversee staff rota, ensuring quality and compliance and adhering to CQC regulations
- To encourage participation in social activities on-site and to build connections in the wider community
- To work closely with Solihull council
- Previous experience in managing teams/individuals in a Domiciliary or Extra Care setting
- Driven and ambitious
- Good management skills and is willing to take on responsibility
- Excellent personal skills
- A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
- 30,000 - 32,000
