Based at our clients Shirley offices, they are looking for a full-time Residential Conveyancer to join their team. In this role, you will manage a high-volume caseload of residential property sales, communicating professionally and effectively with clients, third parties, customers, and colleagues both by phone and in writing, while working to tight deadlines.
they are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Between 2-3 years PQE with experience in managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
- A team player who is also capable of working independently
- Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive outlook
- Enthusiastic, committed, and approachable
- Well-presented and professional
- A client following is preferred but not essential
