Credit Controller Temporary Based in Shoreham (parking available)Hybrid working (3 days in the office) £25,000 - £32,000 per annum

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new job opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing business and leading business in the Shoreham area on a temporary basis, which could go permanent.

The Credit Controller will be working alongside the Credit Control Manager in a busy and varied role, delivering exceptional customer service to the businesses customers.

Your duties will include:

Ensuring efficient and effective collections
Managing part of a large ledger of over 700 accounts
Building a rapport and liaising with clients regarding outstanding payments
Agreeing deadlines in accordance with the time frames set
Identifying and analysing root causes for delays in collections of debt
Responsible for requesting restriction of services and decide whether to start legal action
Reconciliations
Negotiating payment plans with customers
Promptly logging client queries and assigning them to the relevant department

Key requirements:

Previous credit control experience
Self-starter who can drive cash collection and influence customers and internal colleagues
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
