We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a successful and well-established food production company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. We are currently seeking dedicated Food Production Operatives with the potential to transition from a temporary to a permanent position for the successful candidate. The company is willing to train but previous food production, manufacturing, production or kitchen experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting products using cutting and mixing equipment.
- Transporting products to various locations using trolleys.
- Handling and preparing raw ingredients on the production line.
- Reporting any faults, machinery issues, and product concerns to the supervisor.
- Cleaning equipment thoroughly.
- Conducting quality checks on products.
- Adhering to all quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet stringent food safety standards.
- Committing to and upholding health and safety practices.
The working hours for this role will be on a rotating pattern working 4 on 4 off - day shift 07:00am-19:00pm, night Shift 19:00pm-07:00am
