Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and accurately follow standard operating procedures
- Complete build operations to the required quality standard
- Adhere to build cycles within the prescribed TAKT time
- Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards during build operations
- Work to achieve a high standard of competency and gain full knowledge of production processes
- Complete daily TPM and 5S activities as required
- Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Environmental policies
- Maintain a clean and tidy appearance in the workplace and keep the provided kit in good condition
- Be punctual for the start of shift and strictly follow prescribed break times
- Notify Management immediately of any component or equipment defect
- Participate in rotation through multiple workstations and areas being flexible in response to operational requirements
- Report snags and contribute positively towards operational improvements using the correct processes
Job Requirements:
- Experience in assembly, particularly within a manual production setting
- GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English combined with basic PC skills
- Driven, enthusiastic, and capable of working in a team environment
- Physically capable of performing manual activities and working on shift
- Experience in repetitive cycle processes is advantageous
- Access to personal transport
- Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern
