Description
IT Management:
- Lead and develop the IT team, both in-house and outsourced.
- Manage IT budgets and supplier relationships.
- Oversee IT risk, performance, and service levels.
Infrastructure & Security:
- Maintain and secure IT systems across all locations.
- Update IT policies and ensure robust cybersecurity.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans.
Applications & Analytics:
- Create and align technology roadmaps with business goals.
- Lead innovative IT projects and system integrations.
- Collaborate with external providers for optimal service.
- Automate tasks and enhance user experience with the latest tech.
Profile
- Experience in Consumer Goods/FMCG/Wholesale/Retail is essential
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of PLM, CRM, B2B Sales, DTC platforms, and more.
- Hands-on with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data regulations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable decision-maker.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
