  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, ensuring best practices are standardised within operational and delivery teams
  • Monitor, measure and report on outcomes of implemented solutions


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in continuous improvement practices within the automotive sector
  • Expert knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record of delivering productivity and efficiency improvements in an automotive production environment
  • Strong business acumen and IT proficiency, including MS Office 365 suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to generate and present reports at all levels of the business
