Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing process with measurable benefit
- Analyse value streams, identify problems and develop solutions aligned with business priorities and objectives
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, ensuring best practices are standardised within operational and delivery teams
- Monitor, measure and report on outcomes of implemented solutions
Job Requirements:
- Experience in continuous improvement practices within the automotive sector
- Expert knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of delivering productivity and efficiency improvements in an automotive production environment
- Strong business acumen and IT proficiency, including MS Office 365 suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to generate and present reports at all levels of the business
