I am currently working alongside a fast growing main contractor based out of Kent who have a new project along the South Coast kicking off in the new year.

For this project they are in the market to hire an experienced project manager, well versed in the industrial sector of construction, to manage the brand new 7m warehouse project from inception to completion.
The successful project manager will be someone who has a proven track record of handing over similar sized projects, and a large benefit will be if you are joining from another main contractor in the shed building world.
Necessary requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- At least 3 years working on industrial type projects in the role of Project Manager
