We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a new build industrial steel frame project in the South of England.

Role Overview:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing the project according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will lead a team of professionals, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications:
