Day to Day of the Role:- Engage in hands-on classroom experience within Secondary schools.

- Utilise a well-structured curriculum with ample resources to aid lesson delivery.
- Receive guidance from a range of professionals
- Participate in online and face-to-face training
- Gain insights from in-school subject specialists and regular CPD opportunities.
- Experience learning walks with targeted feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant field with at least C grade at GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (and your chosen teaching subject areas)
- Commitment to training and professional development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
