We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a successful and well-established food production company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a thriving industry. We are currently seeking dedicated Night Shift Cleaning Operatives who are enthusiastic about the possibility of transitioning from a temporary to a permanent position for the successful candidate.
Our client is a leader in the food production sector, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. They pride themselves on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees can grow and develop their skills. Previous experience within cleaning, hygiene, factory environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: As a Night Shift Cleaning Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your main duties will include:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and appropriately
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
The working hours for this role are on a rotating pattern, working 4 nights on and 4 nights off. The shift times are as follows:
- Night Shift: 19:00pm - 07:00am
