We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our maintenance team focused on social housing contracts.
This permanent position offers a salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000, with additional benefits including a van, fuel card, and various discounts.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and hold a full domestic ACS certification.
The role is based in Birmingham, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and opportunities for overtime.
Candidates must possess a full and clean UK driving license and be prepared to cover out-of-hours shifts on a rota basis.

We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join the maintenance team within a leading contractor on social housing contracts. This is a permanent vacancy, offering 30,000 - 40,000, van + fuel card supplied, various discounts, schemes and bonuses, uniform and mobile phone provided, along with a full in-depth induction process.

The Gas Engineer role is:

Birmingham based
32,000 to 40,000, dependant on skill set and qualifications
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, overtime available

The successful Gas Engineer will be expected to carry out:

Service and maintenance works on variety of domestic properties
Work in accordance with Health & Safety and Gas Safety Regulations, ensuring Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records are adhered to during your daily work
Works on Social Housing contracts
