CARE COORDINATOR

DOMICILIARY SECTOR 

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Permanent position

Basic salary up to £25,000 negotiable depending on experience

Our client an independent well respected domiciliary company with a multiple branch network is looking for an experienced Care CoOrdinator to join their team at their Sutton Coldfield branch

Our client provider’s home care and companionship of the highest quality in order to enable their clients to remain happily and independently at home for as long as possible There is a strong hierarchy in place from Care Assistants to the Directors with the Care Coordinators having a strong team working with them to ensure full support and that care practices are of the highest quality An office based role purely coordinating the activities of the care worker team

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about health and social care and is looking for a new opportunity with a fantastic company working within a strong team and coordinating service

You will need:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health and social care in a care coordinating and administration position
  • Demonstrate compassionate, reliable and genuinely caring
  • Someone who wants to make a difference to the life of someone senior in their local community
  • Well organised, high levels of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
  • Working alongside others to secure deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure all tasks are completed
  • Building strong relationships with care assistants, clients and colleagues
  • Willing to provide care cover in the situation of an emergency
  • Full driving license and own vehicle
