50,000 (Mon-Fri) full time, permanent, 25 days + BH, private healthcare

Your new company: M&EEngineer

• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.
• This Role will be doing M&E technical workson a large commercial site in North Bristol. Single man site.

Your new role as aM&E Engineer

• You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercialsite in North Bristol
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of appliances including:
• switchgear, fire suppression, HVAC, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, battery installations, small power and lighting, etc.
• This is a single man site so need to be comprehensive in mechanical & electrical maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed:M&E Engineer

• A recognised apprenticeship in relevant mechanical or electrical discipline is essential.
• Drivinglicense isessential.
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service technical multi-skilled role is essential.
• 18th Edition and Test & Inspect essential.
