Electrical Project Manager, Shotton, SMSTS, start March 2025

Location: Shotton, North Wales
Start Date: March 2025 (Project Site Work Starts mid-March 2025)
Rate: Competitive, Based on Experience and Qualifications (290-320 a day)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 1.5m electrical installation project in Shotton, North Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in managing electrical projects, ideally within water treatment plants or paper mill environments.

Project Details:


Pre-site Work: Beginning around mid-March 2025, requiring 1-2 days per week of remote project management (Teams calls only). We will work around the Project Manager's availability during this phase.
On-site Work: Expected to start in mid-MArch 2025.

The site work will take approximately 15 weeks, involving:


Cable containment installation
Junction box installation and local isolation
Termination of cables to MCC and Motor


Role Requirements:
Experience: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale electrical installations, with preference given to those experienced in water treatment or paper mill projects.

Qualifications:
Black SMSTS Card (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
Relevant electrical qualifications
Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of effectively coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
