Job Opportunity: 4x Cladders
Location: Deeside
Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate: 200-220 Per Day
Start Date: Immediate
My client is looking for 4x Cladders with either a valid Blue or Gold CSCS card to start immediately on a large new build site doing composite cladding.
Responsibilities:
- Measuring and cutting cladding materials to fit building specifications.
- Installing various types of cladding, including metal, timber, and uPVC.
- Securing cladding panels to buildings using fixings, adhesives, and support structures.
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and building standards.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Sealing and waterproofing joints to prevent leaks and improve insulation.
- Repairing and replacing damaged or worn cladding panels.
- Working at heights using scaffolding, MEWPs, or harness systems.
- Coordinating with other tradespeople, such as roofers and insulation installers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Installing composite cladding panels on commercial and residential buildings.
- Cutting and shaping composite panels for a precise fit.
- Securing composite cladding using screws, clips, or adhesive systems.
- Ensuring proper ventilation and waterproofing behind the cladding system.
- Conducting maintenance and repairs on existing composite cladding installations.
Requirements:
- Driving License
- Valid Blue or Gold CSCS
- IPAF and PASMA
- Own PPE
- Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
