- Kinetic Recruitment is seeking a Process Operative / CPI Operative for a manufacturing site in Deeside.
- The role involves manufacturing water-based inks, slurries, and paints, as well as slitting chemical coated paper.
- Candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment, machine operation, and fault finding, and must be able to work unsupervised.
- This is a permanent position after a 3-month assessment, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 06:30am to 17:00pm.
- The starting wage is £12.00 per hour, with potential increases based on training.
Duties include:
* Manufacturing water-based ink & slurries, powders, solvent based paints and crayons following procedures and H&S.
* This is not automated line production; it is physical and hands on batch production working on 1kg - 200kg scale.
* Working in their slitting department; to slit chemical coated paper to various widths.
* Ensure the department is clean, tidy and safe at all times
* Complete job documentation as and when required.
* Work safely and wear all required PPE when needed.
* Take responsibility for ensuring customer orders are set up to specification.
Essential Skills:
* Manufacturing environment experience

**THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION AFTER A 3 MONTH ASSESMENT**
Monday to Thursday - 06:30am to 17:00pm.
Starting wage: 12.00 per hour, with potential increases with training .
