What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely execution to planned orders and schedules, resolving issues to ensure material availability for production.
  • Work closely with production schedulers and operations personnel to support facility production and ensure point of use material availability.
  • Support the alignment of facility inventory accuracy and inventory systems with planning parameters to maintain planning integrity.
  • Design, implement, and analyse the Engineered Value Chain from Source of Supply to Facility Dock.
  • Use MRP and supplier collaboration technologies to plan delivery of material for production and regulate inventory levels.
  • Deliver improvements in point of use material availability through clear and accurate communication with internal and external partners.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven material planning experience with familiarity in planning systems and concepts.
  • Microsoft Office expertise (SAP knowledge would be desirable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to operate effectively within a team environment.
  • APICS or other Supply Chain qualification advantageous (not mandatory).
