- Lead and manage the financial reporting process for the audit team's expanding client portfolio.
- Prepare financial statements and tax computations for more complex assignments and larger client groups within the audit team.
- Communicate effectively with both the audit team and clients to request information, address queries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure the timely submission of approved financial statements and statutory tax returns, adhering to relevant reporting standards and deadlines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client reporting and taxation processes, while also assessing potential needs for specialized advisory services.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to junior team members, leveraging your expertise and experience.
- Review and supervise the work of junior team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Be fully or partially qualified with ACCA or ACA.
- Possess a strong technical understanding of accounting standards, with a solid working knowledge of FRS 102.
- Have experience using CaseWare (preferred but not essential).
- Have experience in preparing charity accounts (desirable but not required).
