Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments for a variety of clients.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring their development and performance.
- Liaise with clients to provide advice and support on financial matters.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
