Job SummaryRobert Half are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Group Financial Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance, ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity and accuracy. This role is ideal for a recently qualified ACA professional looking to make a move from practice into industry or an individual with post-qualification experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports.

Lead the group consolidation process.

Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors.

Ensure financial compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis on group performance.

Monitor cash flow, treasury management, and inter-company transactions.

Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Provide technical accounting support for complex transactions, acquisitions, and integrations.

Work closely with finance teams across the group to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.

Partner with operational teams to enhance financial visibility and cost control within manufacturing processes.

ACA/ACCA qualified (practice experience preferred).

Experience in group consolidations and financial reporting.

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with senior stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
