?? The Role:As a Management Accountant, you will be the financial cornerstone of this school, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial processes. Your role will involve:

• Budgeting & Forecasting:Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support our educational objectives.
• Financial Reporting:Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Cost Analysis:Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline financial operations without compromising on quality or educational outcomes.
• Compliance & Audit:Ensure the school adheres to financial regulations and policies, preparing for internal and external audits.

?? What Were Looking For:

• A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the education or public sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders

?? Salary & Benefits:We offer a competitive market salary in the range of£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
