Client:Castlefield Recruitment are working with a social housing provider in order to recruit a Rents & Service Charge Accountant on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £45,000.
Role:You will work closely with the Head of Finance in order to manage and improve rents and service charge accounting for the organisation.Duties will include;
- Rent setting
- Offering advice in management of rents and arrears
- To produce management information reports from the rent accounting system in accordance with management requirements
- Service charge management and improvements to systems
- Financial modelling through excel
Person:The successful candidate:
- Experienced within housing
- Experienced with rent setting and service charge accounting
